People ask me all the time 'but I should STARVE on days Im not running ultramarathons right? 'I should try and look after my family, business, relationships, fitness on LESS calories right? Should try and see how far I can go before I binge on crap right?'
great great great message, just what I need to hear, love it! For a while there I went half a day without eating and then would eat crap so not hard to figure out why that is.
This lifestyle ALWAYS lead to calorie abundance AND a slim body for life. NO EXCEPTIONS lol!
People just don't give it long enough before their 'fad mindset' mentality has em looking over the fence to see if the grass is greener.
