I am 5'4" and have weighed 134 for the past 3 months... I think a healthy weight for my height is 120....before when I was on this diet the fat melted off but needless to say I caved... and now I am back on 80/10/10 and have acne and am slightly overweight. . .it is frustrating me, I am even eating less overt fats than before, hardly at all!

Permalink Reply by Esperanza Vite - The Raw Monkey on June 15, 2012 at 8:14pm Try to focus on health rather than weight, and enjoy all the other benefits of this diet. Your body knows what it's doing, so if it would be healthier at a slightly lower weight then it'll get there in time. What does your daily diet look like right now? Make sure you're eating enough calories, drinking enough water, getting plenty of sleep and exercise and you should be fine :)
Permalink Reply by Caroline Lipiec on June 16, 2012 at 10:16am Thanks :D I drink a lot of smoothies with frozen fruit, and have huge salads.. I am going to try mono meals I guess and see how that works out...maybe cut back on the frozen fruit and exercise more!
Permalink Reply by Wallflower0912 on March 26, 2013 at 2:31am I'm having same issue now, I am 5'5" and my weight is staying at a solid 130-131 for the past 2 weeks since I've been eating raw. Have you lost weight since this last post?
Permalink Reply by Blueberry Blue on March 26, 2013 at 4:11am I would cut tomatoes and other nightshades. Also, make sure your salads are digested. you prolly have problems with your digestion if you have acne. eat simple and it will go away. eat some bananas and load up on calories.
makes sure you go to the bathroom at least 2 times a day
Permalink Reply by Melissa MixedUp on March 26, 2013 at 5:02am Thinking 120 is your health weight is in my opinion your first mistake. That is literally just a number on the scale and doesn't tell you anything. I think what you really want is to reduce your body fat percentage. My suggestion to you is eat more, if you really wanna burn fat eat a lot of calories. I wouldn't cut back on anything but fats and I wouldn't increase your exercising unless your going to dramatically increase your calories.
