I am a baby when it comes to this lifestyle. High Fruits/High Carbs is something I have not done. I actually only ate about 1 banana a day for Pre/Post workouts. A high Protein Diet. I tried having 40-50% Protein. As you can imagine..I am a bit concerned!
I bought tons of fruits and I'm eating massive dates, watermelon and more bananas a day. Veggies and beans, I love! I'm in the bathroom pretty often, which I totally get--lots of fiber! I do feel a little heavier and bloated. I just need encouragement here. Anyone? :-/
