I'm worried as you have posted on here before about this and may be discouraged.
Many do feel weight gain on this diet.
I did at first, but then realized I was still consuming salt on my diet - and this was causing me to retain water - which I was consuming a lot of on this diet - both from drinking plenty of water and consuming so much fresh produce. You have to be careful to really limit this.
This mean buying salt free ketchup, or honey mustard - or some other condiments - or using spices to flavor your food - but being VERY conscious of the sodium intake you are putting int your diet.
Are you avoiding processed foods?
Perhaps you can keep a food diary and post it up here and let us all see what is going on with your consumption, so we can provide advice.
