So I have been gaining a bit of weight lately (17 years old, no period yet). I have not been exercising quite as much lately because I have been on break, but I have been studying a lot and am starting college courses online next week (I graduated HS a year early). Any suggestions on how to no feel so bloated and maybe switch some old body "weight" into muscle. More cardio, HIIT? Sorry if any of this sounds stupid, I am still new but want to learn. I think I might have been having too much cooked food, fat and salt the past week or two which hasn't helped I'm sure.

Any kind, walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling, and or any kind that you enjoy and is sustainable. Don't over do it, then you'll burn out.
