I understand the importance of drinking three liters of water a day. For me, It's much easier to do this if I drink one liter at a time, three times a day. If I casually sip I find that I never reach the three liter goal. SO my question is, if I'm drinking one liter three times a day, should I be doing it in between meals, or with meals? Or does it not really matter all that much?
I drink water whenever I can! With meals, in between meals, after and before.
charlie id do it in between meals so that the water didnt dilute your stomach acids for optimal digestion.
