Well chickas, this one's for you!
We all want to be thin and have no acne and strut down the street like a fashion model. In fact, we basically would like to look like the models we stare at in the magazines, don't we? Yes. How much would it rock to be a size zero an feel amazing! Wouldn't you like to get thin and feel full at the same time? Don't you want thick hair with your tiny waist, instead of ruined damaged hair because all you've been eating is celery and carrots?
Here's the secret....
Taaadaaa- EAT AS MANY FREAKIN' CALORIES AS YOU CAN! Now, obviously, let's not gorge on avocados and nuts. Lets shovel fruit and some more fruit, and, how about some fruit in our mouths! Hmmm?

Answer: Last time I checked, no she aint! In fact she's thin and in great shape. Well, wouldn't we all like to feel that way? Well, duh. Even I know the answer, and my hair's blond!
So, don't have this calorie-phobia thing going on, and eat an apple a day. Eat 70 billion apples a day! Eat bananas, eat as much as you can. I don't advise counting calories at all. Eat till you don't want to think about food ever again. I really works.
Wanna know something funky? The more fruit you eat, the faster the weight comes off! Now, isn't that something?
