30 Bananas a Day!

Well chickas, this one's for you!

We all want to be thin and have no acne and strut down the street like a fashion model. In fact, we basically would like to look like the models we stare at in the magazines, don't we? Yes. How much would it rock to be a size zero an feel amazing! Wouldn't you like to get thin and feel full at the same time? Don't you want thick hair with your tiny waist, instead of ruined damaged hair because all you've been eating is celery and carrots?

Here's the secret....

Taaadaaa- EAT AS MANY FREAKIN' CALORIES AS YOU CAN! Now, obviously, let's not gorge on avocados and nuts. Lets shovel fruit and some more fruit, and, how about some fruit in our mouths! Hmmm?

Fruit does not make you fat!

Question: Is Ms. Amazing Freelee fat?
Answer: Last time I checked, no she aint! In fact she's thin and in great shape. Well, wouldn't we all like to feel that way? Well, duh. Even I know the answer, and my hair's blond!

So, don't have this calorie-phobia thing going on, and eat an apple a day. Eat 70 billion apples a day! Eat bananas, eat as much as you can. I don't advise counting calories at all. Eat till you don't want to think about food ever again. I really works.

Wanna know something funky? The more fruit you eat, the faster the weight comes off! Now, isn't that something?

and. wtf does nutridiary know about MY BODY and MY NEEDS? if my body says: more fruit - then I WILL GIVE it MORE FRUIT.

Nutridiary is a brilliant tool to assist many newbies to go & stay raw, its been proven to be successful time and time again. If most peeps wait for hunger & adopt the "listen to their bodies" mentality (when it comes to food choices) then they will be heading for the nearest fastfood joint.

i see that, freelee... i'm just not convinced by the whole calorie theory, but i can see that it has pros and cons and that it can be helpful. ;)
i type my food intake into cronometer to get an idea of how much i ate in a day...

Oh my God, sorry, but I do NOT by ANY means want to be skinny or even a size 0. THe smallest I will go is a size 4 and even that is too skinny for my taste. I definitely do NOT want to look like a model, I LOVE my sexy little curvy body, I love my nice hourglass figure. And I love my booty.

when I first started it was for vanity lol, to tell you the truth.
Stupid me. But now its for all of the health benefits that I have noticed. Better digestion, clearer skin, more energy, calmer demeanor.

70 billions apples hahaha. It would take me a lifetime lol.
