I take a vegan B12 supplement :)

I was actually low in B12 before even becoming vegan.

Sweet, yeah I have heard that its a good one to take anyway, thank you!

Besides B12, none. You should be able to get all of your vitamins and minerals from raw, vegan foods (except Vitamin D, which your body will create if you get enough sun exposure.)

Yes good advice.   If we are eating enough calories then we will easily cover all our micro and macronutrient requirements. Before cronometer was around we were sitting under a fruit tree feasting for every meal until the carbohydrates satiated us.

Awesome!! Thanks!

If you are unsure just get a blood test done at your doctors. I found out I was very low in B12 and pretty sure it was low for a good number of years, well before going vegan then raw. At least if you get tested you have something to base your decisions on.

@Regina,

Nothing at all.  Eat a diet of simple meals, but a rainbow of fruits and lettuce over the course of time.  You might be amazed at the nutrients you are eating by tracking what you eat here:  www.cronometer.com

To ensure you are getting enough  minerals like calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium, focus on 1/2-2 pounds of leafy lettuce greens.

Nothing at all.

right!! (other than possibly b12 depending on one's history).

the multivitamin industry manages a fine hoax:

greger's www.nutritionfacts.org is a very worthwhile site to spend time on!
