OMG your video was great! Your such a hottie. I am so jealous of your fitness level. I do some martial arts, and have done so on and off for years. I cant seem to get lean enough to really get height with kicks and stuff. Were you always so lean and athletic? Did you use cardio to drop body fat or just diet?

@Anarcho I was never lean like this on a non vegan diet (3 years ago), I wasn`t in terrible shape either but I was just forcing my body to look not so bad through my personal training techniques and tricks basically, I felt horrible, now it`s just natural, I keep my leanness if I train or not :), the type of training I do is basically what you see in this vid, body weight endurance and strength stuff that gets my heart rate up too. I don`t particularly do cardio only for exercise, my muscles are always involved more when I exercise, I just run if I need to get somewhere :). Anyone on a good low fat raw vegan lifestyle will be this lean after time though. Thanks again!

More questions: What kind of body weight endurance exercises (besides the old boring pushups/pullups) would you recommend for beginners? I can do a pretty okay handstand, but I dont think I could move in it without breaking my neck...lol
