Hey Raw food friends!
Fresh to this website and what I'm looking for is the best health I can get as well as part take in bodybuilding. I was eating meat and taking protein (the whole shabang) and well I got results. Now that I have switched over to this new life, can I expect the same gains? Vegan bodybuilders look nothing like natural bodybuilders :(

Is taking protein natural?
Justin, I'm not sure if you are aware of all the problems with taking too much protein either? Even if you could get more impressive gains that way it certainly wouldn't be worth getting cancer or osteoporosis. I know some body builders who are now in their 40's who are already having joint problems. Read 80/10/10 or The China Study or watch Forks Over Knives for more info. Or just watch this.

Permalink Reply by KKG on June 10, 2012 at 2:11pm Does your body chemistry change when you go vegan ? Do you build new tissue? New muscle? I read somewhere that your body gets more efficient at burning fat but I can't find the article so now I think I imagined it.
