Vegan kids

So this is my 3yo daughter Bhala...high fruit vegan since birth and very few grain foods...fully gluten free. Dates, mango and blueberries are her favourite foods.

And this is my little fruit bat boy Mahli...also vegan since birth and grain free. One of his first words was nana, as in banana lol

And this is my big boy Malakai, who is almost 9yo. He hasn't been raised all vegan cos his dad feeds him a SAD diet when he is with him. He was fully vegan till he was 2 1/2 yo and is high fruit vegan and gluten free when with me, which is now most of the time. He eats on average 15 bananas a day. This is him after his first triathlon earlier this year.

I just love how healthy and clear they all look :)

Anyone else have vegan or high fruit kids? Please share if u do, as I think it's important for people to see how healthy their kids can be on this diet.

My eldest daughter, age 19 (in college at 16)

My daughter on the left is 14 (accelerated classes, will graduate early), my daughter on the right is 16 (graduated and in college).

My youngest daughter 20 months.

All girls are vegan, my youngest is high raw, my two oldest daughters are leaning that way. The reasoning for posting where the girls are in school, is to show that it has not hurt them in the "brain dept" either, and like all proud Mom's, we all like to brag on our kiddos!

Always remember that, yes, they make their own choices, but it's your example they're following.

If their glow is any indication, I'd say your teamwork is paying off :)
