Have you ever bought some dates that looked amazing but turned out to be too dry?
I realized that if you blend them with your food processor, it turns into something very similar in taste and texture to a crunchy almond-caramel blend. If you, like me, want to stay away from overts, you can use this to help keep you away from nuts.
I have so far filled peaches with it and used it as a granola like substitute with my banana ice cream. I bet it would be delicious to blend a banana with some water and eat it as granola.
Any other ideas for my Fake-chrunchy-almond-caramel-mix?
