Ok ok we are organized!!
The retreat is now going to be a 1 week intensive. It is scheduled to start on Dec 1st, 2009

Fruit availability -
(Nothing is guaranteed because nature makes the calls but highly likely & there will be always enough fruit for everyone)
There will be an all day buffet & over the course of the week we will have a
couple of big spreads.

-org rollinia, org soursop, org jakfruit, org lychees galore, org mangoes, quality pineapple, org dragonfruit, org mamey, org green sapote, maybe some early mangosteen or durians from bloomfield, organic bananas , low chem or unsprayed bananas plant ripened, sugar cane , maybe a few late black sapote , canistel, akee(a few), organic papaw, pest free red papaw (has tasted clean and great flavour), local watermelon, sapodilla, carambola.......There will be beautiful fresh greens available

Sugar cane juice & coconut water should be available daily

Water availabilty -
Clinton will have good quality water for all.

Weather Prediction -
Sunny days around 32degCel, moderate humidity
Balmy nights around 20DegCel
About a 30% chance it will rain that week (but not likely)

What to Bring -

A hat
There are a few prickles around so Appropriate footwear (Sandles, runners etc)

There is signal pickup for mobile phones & internet (Clinton has dial up for urgent emails)
Realisticly though don't expect to be on the internet all week unless u bring your own laptop &
broadband connection.

Please be aware -
The retreat is being held at a farm, so please be aware of the associated risks. There are farm implements, the odd snake & creepy crawllies to consider (making the farm quite inappropriate for youngsters). Please take this into consideration & choose appropriate footwear

Clinton has a cinema room set up for Movie Nights & powerpoint presentations

Extras...
The retreat will be LFRV for the duration
A couple of great swimming spots on farm, one could be for

Clint has mowed a running track, 2kms around the farm for
possible morning workouts.

WOW! Wish we were there!

Andrew would have eaten one of everything there!

He would have said, "I want THIS!" over and over again.

I hope you all had a great time!

Jared replied to Lynda's discussion 'Dates'

i pushed back dinner too long tonight and then somebody on facebook talked about his falafels and had pics.. I went running for my oranges at that point...

After 6 months of 811, I ate vegan cooked food again for 2-3 months. Definitely lost my 6-pack and got some moobs. There's still some excess fat below my pectoral muscles, which is quite agitating. ha. I know it will leave in time.

And I've heard than for women, strengthening your pecs gives you more firmness and lift in your actual breasts, kind of like how bodybuilders strengthen their brachialis to make the biceps brachii "pop."

I wonder if some of it has to do with HGH levels via exercise, and that maybe affecting estrogen/testosterone balance? Just an unresearched hypothesis.

Same here, at least 100 khadrawys if I'm mono-ing on dates. Today I had 12 oranges for breakfast, and then probably 30-40 dates (which are small than medjool). (no dinner - somehow wasn't hungry even after a huge training day yesterday)
