So I ate a watermelon yesterday and it seems my body didn't want anything to do with it because, well, it didn't really stay in my body. HMMM... anyone have troubles with this where you can see that it did not assimilate into your system?
Oh and I have been 98% LFRV for 3 weeks on Wednesday. I had a couple days the first week where I had a couple of cooked things like miso soup and a few beans another day. But really these past 2 weeks have been 100%.

I do need to work on chewing more I think. Even though it took me at least 15 minutes to eat the first half of the watermelon, I do think the more I can chew, the better. :)
Permalink Reply by Agnes on May 1, 2012 at 10:13am maybe your body was working on detoxing or something. it's like when we get sick our body reacts similarly and does not accept food. Perhaps you are detoxing? And congrats on being LFRV for three weeks! I will be 100% LFRV for three weeks on Wednesday as well =).
Permalink Reply by molly clare on May 1, 2012 at 10:28am Yes, I can tell I am in detox mode and have been tempted to rest/drink only water for 24 hrs. Yesterday in fact I was hoping to do that, but decided to eat in order to get more work done (i work from home and on the computer, and knew that if I fasted I would find myself laying down). But it's interesting that my body rejected the food so next time I should try and trust the feelings of not really wanting to eat...
and hooray for wednesday!! congrats to you too :)
