Hey all!
9th day of 100% and loving it.
I was having a little trouble a few days ago, had developed an ulcer in the mouth (now gone) and had sensitive teeth from I believe eating under-ripe kiwis (sound probable?)... I wasn't feeling like eating anything. Coupling this with having some too-ripe bananas I decided to make a smoothie with some water. Just bananas with a bit of water. I loved it. So much quicker and made use of pretty badly bruised (but super cheap!) bananas.
So since then I've made like 6 or so meals simply a 1000kcal smoothie of banana with water. Though I had some fears, by BMs have actually become appreciably easier. Still got the energy! Without long eating periods...
I feel like I want to make a habit out of smoothies... Is this advisable or not?
thanks

Permalink Reply by Milos Stepita on December 20, 2010 at 10:32pm I believe in todays society its becoming very hard to eat all day long , less calorie dense fruit like most acid and subacid fruit. So now we have to either eat more calorie dense fruit like bananas, dates, persimmons..few times a day or make smoothies from them and drink slowly at work which I believe is optimal option and also great for digestion.
