So I'm not a raw vegan yet, but I'm working towards it. Today I've been completely raw and i'm noticing that i feel really weak in my arms and don't really have any energy.. I know I haven't starved myself.. I should have eaten around 2000 calories today. At least 15 bananas (of varying sizes), 3 mangos, a few clementines and a few other fruits, a big sallad (a head of romaine lettuce, a few cherry tomatoes, almost a whole avocado and a bit of cucumber).
So my question is.. will this weakness disappear over time? I was pretty energetic through half the day at work.. almost running everywhere instead of walking haha.. But now i'm suprisingly tired..how come?
