30 Bananas a Day!

Before i started 80/10/10, my diet had an unfortunate average of 800-1200 calories a day. At first when I started i tried to force 2000 calories right away and felt /awful/. It almost turned me off from the approach all together but at some point i decided to just eat to satiation and keep going with the other guidelines. At first pushing the cals to 1500 was challenging. Now, about 2 months later i can do 2500 without problems but it took a full two months of slowly increasing my food intake to get there. Now im super high energy walking 2 - 4 hours a day, doing bikram yoga every day, before i barely got out of bed. HUGE TRANSITION

Sounds like you've got it figured out. Get active, move your body and your appetite will continue to grow. Congrats on your recovery :)
