I had 10 bananas in the morning.
Jogged for an hour.
Came home and I didnt feel hungry but I started wanting to eat everything in sight.
Instead I have 7 bananas and dang it after that I had rice.
WHY WHY WHY did I have to have rice. I want to do this the right way darn it.
I think total I had about 1-2 cups of rice.
I think I need to do mono island.
Anyways that was lunch so for dinner ill have a huge fresh clean salad. Ill get that pregnant feeling with my salad and Ill wake up nice and flat. :)

Permalink Reply by David Costa on July 13, 2012 at 3:31pm those things you ate were perfect, a few minutes between different foods is all that is necessary to still be mono eating, carbs digest fast
Permalink Reply by Edvards Kārlis Kraulis on July 13, 2012 at 7:28pm Don't be so hard about it on yourself. I kept eating rye bread for quite some time after begining the transition to a HCRV. I soon realised that it fogged my mental clarity. IMO if you cut things slowly you'll notice the difference much better and that'll keep you motivated to go 100%.
Also with time you should be able to loose that pregnant feeling as your stomach will naturally adapt to the new portion sizes.

Permalink Reply by Sunny Garcia on July 14, 2012 at 7:58am yeah, thats a good indicator, but I didnt have that feeling in my throat like I was hungry, I started getting really nervous yesterday because I wanted to eat everything that wasnt fruit and I felt more binge-like but instead I stuffed myself with fruit :) Thats the thing sometimes I dont know if im hungry or if its just my binge eating disorder that makes me want to eat crap, today was easier though!
Permalink Reply by Sunny Garcia on July 14, 2012 at 8:03am Yesterday when I went to bed my stomach felt like I was morbidly obesse, I felt pregnant with twins! It was aweful and I went to bed thinking that I would wake up in the morning and return to my strict cooked food regime but after going to the bathroom my stomach was really flat. I think thats my best result motivator that keeps me going. Thats how I know that this is working for me :)
