Crushed is what i would use too, I dont make green smoothies but I do, juice my oranges in the morning and make a green and red juice later on in the day. I also blend my bananas and dates to make a smoothie, because iam just not at that level where i can eat 8-10 in one sitting.

I think it would be ideal to eat everything whole, but life isnt ideal. I wouldnt think it could be that damaging. Or I sure hope not! I just know that without the occasional juice and daily smoothies there would be a lot more people struggling. I say dont worry about things like this. Smoothies = easier calorie intake and thats cool in my book :)
My 3 year old has had 1-3 large fruit smoothies a day since he could drink through a straw, and without them he would never be able to eat 7 bananas, greens ect in one sitting. It is a bit sad to hear he said that though!! Theres much larger issues to worry about though.
