30 Bananas a Day!

and i believe its ineffective against parasites. I am certain i have them and it seems they love fruit especially dates. I am at a loss, why do they thrive on my diet. The bacteria in my mouth do not seem bothered by my diet either.

what should i do to rid myself of parasites without going to the idiot doctors and taking their poison? and without eating cooked..

should i do herbs?

how does one know they have parasites?

i read somewhere that 95% if all humans have them. I heard you can get them in raw veges as well as sad diet.

there are no cures.      http://www.rawfoodexplained.com/there-are-no-cures/index.html    readed that?

learning to incorporate the bacteria into our dna to harmonize seems the way evolution happened before to live on.

There are no diet "cures." Foods cannot act as specifics and go directly to the afflicted area to effect a cure. Only the body can heal and will promptly do so when the proper conditions provided. A natural diet of raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds will provide the proper condition for the body to heal if the other conditions for health are also present.

funny thing sunshine, someone i respect bigtime, a very well known and intelligent person also suggested i shouldnt try & eliminate them, that it was impossible, that one must try and improve their immune system and just try their best to make them as uncomfortable as possible so they are not encouraged to expand in numbers

i would agree get all these fresh amino acids and anti oxidants from WHOLE foods and you build your system up to be strong and healthy

I think you'll need to give a lot more specific information for people to be able to give you decent advice. Things like, have parasites been validated with some sort of test? how long have you been LFRV, what are your macro percentages (i.e. % carbs, %fat, %protein), how many calories are you getting daily, how much sleep are you getting, etc. A lot of times people complain about candida on high fruit, but they also often are eating too much fat, as a result their sugar uptake is hindered and the candida although unpleasant, is actually helping them out by using up the extra sugar floating around. When they get the fat percentage down it can clear up quickly without needing a bunch of medicine, etc. But often instead they say, "therefore 80/10/10 is bad and causes candida" but that can be a wrong assumption.

So if you don't have that data hard and fast, start logging what you eat. You can plug it into a program like Cron-O-Meter to see for yourself how the percentages break down (you have to look at it by calories, not by volume!), or at very least jot down everything you eat and how much of it you eat, so that when people here ask you, you can tell them exactly what you are eating and they can help you do the calculations.

If you really do have some parasite and it's verified by a test, etc, there still may be some people on here that can help you out in figuring out which foods may help support your system as you get rid of the little buggers. One that jumps to my mind is Don Bennett he also has a website and may have some good information for you.

Hang in there! :)

hi chris thank you, i am not eating much fat at all, just whats in my fruit, no nuts or avacado etc

the reason why i think i have them is because i get a mild/dull pain when i have a bowel movement under my left ribcage.

Herbs can work.   Some of the best can be found on the curezone Ask Barefoot Herbalist forum.....

Black walnuts.

I have read water fasting is a good thing to do to get rid of parasites

tried that:P it was during my transition period from sad to raw. I do not think i could have switched without it but it did not get rid of my parasites i dont think

...citrus fruits (limes, lemons, grapefruits) and pineapple promote a chemical environment in the body in which "parasites" don't thrive.
