Even now after 5 mounts of 811 I can't handle a day with my chocolate :(
No matter how many articles ill read about its poisoness, I live with non 811 people so the choclate witch is always in the house keeps on being eaten by me. Feels gross after but can't help it.
There was a day i ate a lot of lychee fruit in order to stop the addiction, but now the beautiful fruit is not enough.

I feel like hell when I eat chocolate, so I never feel that it is worth it. Before having a cleaned up diet, I did not know what feeling good was. I even feel disgusting when I eat something with some added salt. I still slip up sometimes and the actual taste never does justice to the remembered taste. Maybe try replacing it with a healthier addiction. My newest is pluot and banana "ice cream".
Permalink Reply by For_The_Love_Of_Fruit on August 21, 2012 at 4:12am I've never been attached to chocolate, but I would just make a date carob thick smoothie to stop those insitent cravings. I would use medjool dates because they are richer.
As for your family, remember that everyone is free to make their own choices, and you can't control theirs, but you can remember why you make yours and how much better you feel this way. :) Hope that helps!
