I dont know any raw food female that has riden a solo 40 day bike tour, can punch and kick to devastate, can leg press 200kg and has amazing flexibility. Strength, cardio, flexibility. Strong, lean and fit. I also dont know any raw food female that can eat so much in a day/sleep so much/drink so much water.
My point of this thread is to expose the basic strategies that work for anyone regardless of where they are at. If you give the plant the right conditions, it will thrive. If you give yourself the right conditions it will thrive.
My advice to anyone looking for a partner is to make sure you pick one that knows how to eat enough carb cals each day/hydrate/sleep early so your relationship will be based more on fun and contribution than being around a dead weight/burden all the time.
If your single ask the question 'Is it cos Im not giving myself the right amount of fuel/water/sleep that makes me confident and full of vitality and as a result attractive to others?'
