Hi everyone,
I had for about 2 weeks what I believe to be was an ischiatic nerve inflammation (at least I think that's what it's called in English). I thought it was a shin-splint. The pain was on my right leg, sometimes from the right side of my behind all the way down. It felt like it was ripped out of the socket/dislocated.
I went to see a doctor the day before yesterday and funny enough on that day (before I went there) the pain went away.
Nevertheless, I know my shoes NEED to be changed because I've had them for over a year. I've always worn New Balance, but I'm beginning to wonder if shoes are really necessary for jogging because I've heard of these Vibram Fivefingers shoes for instance.
What are your opinions in terms of appropriate shoes for jogging?
