I'm new to the vegan lifestyle... and I must admit, I haven't quite made the transition 100% I will usually go days w/out eating meat (not quite weeks)... OK, to the point. More and more, I've been eating fruits and veggies as my meal instead of fruits and veggies being the side dish to meat. It would be really great if I could come up with a vegan meal to bring to thanksgiving dinner with my family.
I would like to find something that truly does look and taste better than anything else at the table. I would like to WOW everyone to the point that what I bring gets eaten first. I don't want it to be a desert either, so it would preferably be a primary dish that. I'm new at this, so I don't have too much experience down this road. Any suggestions from the vegan veterans?
