30 Bananas a Day!

i thought i'd share my thanks for the beloved thanksgiving, anyone else can share theirs as well, id love to hear all thats caused you to be who you are right now.

I'm thankful for everything my family has taught me, everything they've done for me, the endless hope they fill my heart with, the unconditional love I'm drowned in, the kisses and the hugs, thank you.

I'm thankful for my best friends, being there with me listening to my rampages, helping me in my time of need, never losing sight of our friendship no matter if I'm hundreds of miles away, everything we've been through in these past years, growing and learning with me, for the hugs and love, I thank you.

I'm thankful for Carol and Gui, who are always willing to take me under their wing, for loving me just as my parents do, for being there for me in anyway possible, wanting to just give and give and give, they've got the greatest hearts. Thank you.

I'm thankful for health and fitness week, and the people who attended. Every single word inspired me and the "pain" we had endured together, you brought me to new and extreme heights. I loved every single one of you because each had touched my heart, even the 'youngn's had infinate wisdom to share, I just thank you for being who you are, and standing up for what's right, each of you have helped me in so many ways. Thank you so much.

I'm thankful for all my lovely animals, for being my best friends no matter what, for loving me unconditionally and never holding a single grudge, for healing me when I see you happy, when it's only you and me, for the killing your brethren have endured, things will change. I've loved every single animal that I've met, there's a bond you cannot break, thank you.

I'm thankful for the movies and music that has inspired me, with as much meaning as life itself, the world can't lose sight of that, we can't lose ourselves to complete meaningless stories, for where does it get us? thank you

I'm thankful for the beds I've slept in, for the clothes I walk around in for the hot water I take advantage of, for the light that shines through a dark room, for the cars that travel me in long distances, especially in cold (even though they cause some destruction), for the papertowels and napkins trees had given us, for the phone and computer I can keep in touch with, nobody realizes how much these things are taken for granted, and on top of that, they're not even natural. But a huge thanks applies for now being here and helping me in their own ways.

I'm thankful for dance, the way to express myself words could hardly touch, for the emotion that course through my veins and pulse through my heart, for the teachers and dancers that had inspired me with movement, teaching and correcting until perfection, dance is life and life is a dance. Thank you

I'm thankful for positive change, I could never be afraid of change, and I'm thankful for the world that's trying to change in ways, for the peace and love I've been seeing inside people, keep it up everyone, I thank you for working on changing the world into a better place. Nothing deserves change more than ourselves. Start there. Thank you

Finally, I'm thankful for myself. for holding my own weight, and pushing me through what I've forced my body to do, for always being there no matter what, for the love I'm trying to develop because I'm through with the hate, for all the realizations and changes I've been through, thank you for seeing light, thank you for being happier.

And I guess you could say I'm thankful for love, as I love everyone who has a beating heart. and no, hearts aren't meant to be broken, it's in the event that they are shattered, the ones who repaired and restored love are the ones who mean the most. Everyone has love to give, but not everyone has love to receive, so give all you've got and take all you can. Forget what you've given, and remember what you've taken. Thank you for all who have loved me, I love you too

i mean i'd say our planet is way cooler than mars for instance (although i've never been to mars. i'm not sure i'd want to even if i could). by life i mean our scientific definition of life - dna, reproduction, evolution, etc.

thanks Neet, yes, we should all learn how to listen to our bodies, we don't need blood tests for that. There should be a book called, the fine art of listening to your body.
