30 Bananas a Day!

My testosterone is on the lower side of the reference spectrum. Which, apparently, is not a particularly good thing. Normally they would say "eat more meat", but since I've decided to part ways with this approach for a while..

So I was wondering, is it just about working out properly? Will my testosterone go lower on a plant-based diet? Can I eat something raw that boosts eat? Watermelon?

Strength training WILL increase your natural testosterone production.
This is a topic that is very interesting to me as well. I also have a low testosterone count per all of my dr labs over the past 6 years. I even went on testosterone replacement therapy for a while which was a horrible disaster...(I don't recommend unless medically paramount) I am looking for suggestions of lfrv foods that will either enhance testosterone production or be a catalyst in aiding its production if possible.

I got my testosterone levels here. They are great. EAT ENOUGH CALORIES ON A DAILY BASIS, get the water,sleep, sun n fun....low testosterone levels are common in anorexics/undereaters and athletes that are overtraining. Symptoms are low to no sex drive, cant 'get it up' ie we become a flaccid franky, raging raylene, have irritablity, depression, apathy, dread of exercise, fatigue.

Low testosterone from undereeating effects both male and female.

LOL you sound so modest when your levels are so spot on and I just find it hysterical. I experienced similar levels of everything when I had my blood done, almost a year ago.

hey what if you have really high testosterone levels as a result of pollysystic overies..? I used to take the contaceptive pill to level things out but have been of it for 1& 1/2 yrs and now all the symptoms are comming back i'm becoming a hairy spotty gal with verry iregular periods... :(... ny doctor wants to put me on a new pill but i would prefer not to... should this correct itself through eating more fruit??? i am still transitioning...? any reccomendations...??
Yeah i have already decided not too.. before the "doctor" even reccomended it.... it hasn't done me any good in the past and i do not want to take it again... didn't even think of chinese medicine thanks for that!!

i am slowely eating more and more fruit and on the days i eat more i feel MUCH better for it so i am hoping that eventually it will help towards balancing myself out in many areas not just hormonaly...

Id go low fat vegan overnight and then go from there with the fruit. Hormonal issues are just more motivation to eat clean and lots of it.

I am hoping this isn't hijacking a thread which was started by Lev, but if that was directed to me...yes to all of the above most likely. I will be posting a 'meet and greet' shortly as I am a very new member and also very new to this way of eating and living. I've already started seeing positive results in the 3 short weeks of my journey which are amazing to me :)
