30 Bananas a Day!

Hi,
I am into week two of 811 diet. Before that, I did one week of a transitional diet (all raw, mostly fruit, but some condiments and more fat). I have been vegan for several years and on/off raw. So far, I feel great and I've worked through a few issues with breakouts, bloating, gas, etc. I am reaping the rewards of sticking with it and I plan to continue! I do have a few questions after analyzing my dietary intake on cronometer:

1) I am having a hard time getting protein above 5%. I am breastfeeding a 4 month old and very active with my other two toddlers, so I feel I would do better with closer to 10% protein. Any suggestions for low-fat, high protein foods? (My fat is between 7-10%, so I don't need to up the fat).

2) According to cronometer, I am only averaging about 50% calcium and 70-85% zinc. Is that okay, or should I try to get these numbers above 100%? Any food suggestions?

I am averaging 2,500 to 3,000 calories a day and eating 10-15 bananas plus dates, figs, berries, mangos, and salads with avo or raw seeds for dinner.

Thanks for any help!
