So I know he is focusing on high fructose corn syrup and processed sugar and near the end he says "fruit it OK" so I don't think he is telling us that fruit is poison, but he does say "sugar is a poison" and especially fructose. All in all this is a good lecture on sugar metabolism and what may be causing the obesity epidemic.
One thing he fails to mention is meat and animal product consumption and their part in the puzzle but all and all I think he makes a good point. I feel like I have been educated at least.
Just try to ignore the constant "OK"s ;)
