Permalink Reply by Alex on March 30, 2012 at 2:51am Hi, Iris. Did you get tested before and after using the spray? And what were the results?
Permalink Reply by Adam on May 28, 2011 at 11:17pm Biocare Vitasorb B12, because it's a liquid sublingual form and its micellised for enhanced absorption which means much lower dosages are required than normal. I like biocare because they are a professional line company and have a strong commitment to education and research.
Take care

Permalink Reply by myra on March 30, 2012 at 5:56am Hi Adam....how do you know if it's 'micellised'? Is it labeled on your bottle or did you inquire directly from the company? My bottle reads"fast absorption" but nothing about being "micellised".
Thanks....
Permalink Reply by Nikkal on March 30, 2012 at 3:08pm I use Jarrow Methyl B12 in either 1000 mcg or 5000 mcg. It is methylcobalamin, which is supposed to be better absorbed and retained than cyanocobalamin. I've been using them for over a year and I like them because they're vegan and easy to take. I haven't had blood tests, but there are reviews on iHerb of people who have had blood tests done and say that it has worked.
