Hey gang, I know this has been brought up before, but I'm looking for thoughts from some of you long-time hcrv'ers about stomach bloating. I look about 8 months pregnant. My sister and I named the baby today: Papaya.
I'm doing the whole deal: 3 liters of water, exercise, 3000 calories a day (at least), 100% HCRV. I know this is just starting out stuff and will go away with time? But could you some encouragement from anyone else who might have had similar experiences. Did your balloon belly go away? Any tips other than just sticking with what works?

That was because I was eating too fast and not watching my food combining. I was still too high in fat but hadn't made my way back to 811rv.
Permalink Reply by For_The_Love_Of_Fruit on May 17, 2012 at 10:36am Hi! I've been on this lifestyle for 2+ years. From my experience, bloating usually results for two reasons:
1 - most common: you just ate a big meal of fruit and you look pregnant. this usually disappears within less than an hour.
2 - the other one: you ate a meal and after a few hours, or the next day, you look pregnant: this happens because you've made some bad fruit combos or fruit/veggie combos OR because you didn't wait enough time between meals to eat.
For the 1st case you don't have to do anything for the bloating to disappear, it does so on it's own.
For the 2nd case, I suggest both preventing by not making bad fruit or fruit/veggie combos, and if it happens (which it does every once in a while... you will learn more with time and experience about your body and it's reactions to each food), then I suggest drinking even more water, until things move and flow...
Hope this helps, let me know!
Cheers!

I have been doing primarily mono meals (minus some orange juice-dateorade), I think it'll pass with time, choosing to believe this anyways. Today after exercising it seems substantially better. I'll keep you guys posted. Thanks!!!
