So i've cut out overts for a month, i eat a lot of greens before my fruit meals, but i still get fatigue/headache/weakness/hunger after my meals, all the signs of diabetes type 2.
My meals are mostly greens or cucumber first followed by grapes, dateorade or dried figs.
What am i doing wrong?
A lot of people do say they have issues with eating lots of dates. Maybe try cutting those down. I would try 75% greens with 25% fruit by volume, plus a few tablespoons of fresh ground flax seeds which provide healing omegas and ALA- they have many benefits. Are there any other water rich fruits you can get a hold of right now?
i can get good conventional grapes, i'll try to eat those for some weeks instead of dates and dried figs, but juicy fruit doesn't satiate me as much as dried, but i'll try
