30 Bananas a Day!


This 30BaD post is for support and inspiration. (-Because I need some! :) & I think others do too.)  My goal is to get outside and to exercise as a daily routine. I will log my training as I go. It's mostly yoga, running, dancing, jumping, strength training and powerwalking. I invite you to use this post as your daily log too. Your energy would be of great help to me and to the rest of the 30BaD members. -Let's sweat! ( ';D)

35 - That's a lot of miles.  Did you run them continuously?  How did you feel afterwards?

one break in between- but i always have on break in long training runs. Afterwards i had no problems- only little bit tired.

Yesterday my workout was a 5 mile run done in 44m42s.

Hi, I am back from holiday :)

Ran 16km yesterday, preparing for my half-marathon!
Today is my rest day, recovering my aching muscles...
