This 30BaD post is for support and inspiration. (-Because I need some! :) & I think others do too.) My goal is to get outside and to exercise as a daily routine. I will log my training as I go. It's mostly yoga, running, dancing, jumping, strength training and powerwalking. I invite you to use this post as your daily log too. Hey Everybody. :) Today might be a lazy day. Haven't decided. But it's snowing lots & I'm feeling the 'get-in-bed-&-read' bug. I did take a brisk 30 minute walk earlier. So I did do something. If the dancing bug hits me after the reading bug I may do a little of that tonight too. I'm gonna play it by ear. XO! :)

Snow, now WE have snow! lol. I'm doing some body weight stuff like planks and handstand, stretching, etc. but thats it! I just cleaned my entire kitchen including cabinets, floors, fridge, etc. 6 hrs of cleaning, I think I'm done lol! Plus over a foot of snow outside already, :-O
Snowday tomorrow, ladies!
With that much fall, CB, you could build a whole snowfamily, complete with a couple snow guinea pigs :-)
I'll have more limited web access through the Holiday week, so you may get a brief respite from me for a while (but not for long, heh heh).

I dont own a shovel and the neighbors here arent so nice so I shoveled out my car with a broom lol. Took me a few hours. Least the snow was dry. But I was still plowed in. So I walked 2 1/2 miles, on the road too, to get me some apples and tender greens. Now I'm sore lol. How much did you get?
I'm not sure. I haven't gone out! ;D) But through the window it doesn't look too bad.
I guess you got your workout for the day. Sleep well tonight.
I had 40lbs. of bananas here, so I was all set. :) Haven't exercised yet & the clock is ticking.....
