40 min Spinal Connectivity, an intermediate classical Pilates class, with awareness of spinal alignment, support and flow.
Then celery/spinach juice and some water blended with 2dates, 6bananas, lettuce and a sprinkle cinnamon. Hmm, somehow this turned out a bit too sweet.
- Very busy day after that, feels good to do things without being exhausted. So yes, I feel much better, WL, thank you :) The moment I'm more active mostly tells me that my gut is doing well. An other friend here on 30BaD suggested that the relapse maybe was a clearing out on a deeper level; David Klein somewhere mentions in his book that those can happen.
Today:
45 min Power of Breath, lovely yoga+pranayama class with Clara Roberts-Oss. I always love her classes.
Breakfast was 2 strawberries/5bananas/2 dates/water smoothie. Delicioso! I'll try to seperate the greens from the banana smoothies for a while, drink them later with apple+veg. This weekend I had to simplify my meals a bit because I wasn't at home. Maybe this was good for healing and to give new ideas for meals.
Have a lovely day, all! :)
Nice fruitluck impression WL :)
Permalink Reply by ♥ AimeeLovesYou on July 4, 2012 at 4:54am Hi Sita, I just replied to your Qi comment that I didn't get a change to read fully until just now.
Your strawberry smoothie sounded great. I bet I would like it.

Hi Everyone! So happy to see you all here. :)

Time for an apple/veg juice.

Permalink Reply by Windlord on July 5, 2012 at 2:36pm yeah, how bout that birdie?
I've heard of not letting the grass grow under your feet, but rules are meant to be broken. Are those considered "grounding" flops?
Play:

various pullups 8/5/5/4/4
Inc DB Press 45/11, 9
Back SQ 100/20

came back to a short 20 min of yoga
Happy Independence Day to all my American dawgs and Happy Fourth of July to everybody else :)

Permalink Reply by Sita on July 5, 2012 at 9:12pm he-he...cute doggie. Think the flops are grounding, yes - thought it was a nice pic. Could be posted here already or it was a deja vu...
No workout today. It's warm and humid in- and outside of the house. Hats off for you WL, working out in such warm climate! :)
Permalink Reply by ♥ AimeeLovesYou on July 6, 2012 at 4:53am Sita, you are eating toad skin :) "piel de sapo" frog skin melon.
Sita & WL: Oh man, so much has happened & so many attempts to catch him from various pest control companies & then there was me & my friends trying to get in there to catch/set it free. Lots of drama. But in the end the bird won. :) And it is now allowed to live there & run its natural course. The last few times I was there, it seemed to be making itself a birdhouse in the corner by tearing a whole into the ceiling corner. And it's getting a bit chubby too. It's living a human life now -- just eating away & working on its home. :)
Hi Everyone! No workout today, just catching up with work, & spending some time with a friend that just got back in town. It's a low-key day today.

8x 200meter (or so) sprints, typically timing in the low 40's
I'll try bare next time, even if I'm slower, as I developed to blisters in my fingah's
A herd of various sized tractor tires grazed nearby, so I performed multiple intervals of flips, farmer carries, jumps through and jumps upon. Then hoofed it about two miles back home.
All in glorious blazing sunshine (just for you, Sita ;)
