I completed P90x2 Chest & Back with some Insanity Cardio Abs! Feeling fabulous! Had my Tropical Vegan Shakeology for Recovery and will continue to fill my day with tons of fruits and maybe a salad at the end of the day! Need to definitely get a good Raw Vegan Cookbook!

I got a late start this morning. I did not have a good day yesterday. :( Not good. And I couldn't sleep. My brain was stirring in its own juices. But today the day is brighter. And I started the day with a great meditation session online, & got things done & had a great experience at work. So all is back on track. I only did half of my Day 1 routine. But it's Ok. :) Tomorrow I get to try again!
This is the new 21 day program:
21 Days: Day 1
5:30AM Wake Up
6:00AM Get Outside (walk to the park, plus jog 10 rounds of stairs or jog the park trail lap)
7:30PM 36 Routine (12 minutes each of Strength/Stretch/Inversion)
9:00AM Meditate (meditate online with fellow meditators for 1 hour)
12:30PM Get Creative (spend 1 hour: painting, drawing, photographing or videoing)
3:00PM Meditate (meditate anywhere -- slow down, quiet down, & repeat mantra)
Super Big Thanks: Big thanks to the internet. I have met so many people & have connected in such a meaningful way to people outside of my immediate circle. The world has gotten so small & so intimate. It's such an amazing gift to have the internet at my fingertips.
Work I Love to do: Today I taught English conversation. I love to teach. :) It really does make me happy.

Not yet--> 9:00AM Meditate (meditate online with fellow meditators for 1 hour)
It's only 8:45am.
Not yet--> 12:30PM Get Creative & 3:00PM Meditate
But I will do it this afternoon.
Super Big Thanks: A friend bought me some super soft jumbo Medjool dates yesterday. This morning I made some apple-date water for breakfast.
Work I Love to do: I consider my social network updates (Facebook, Twitter, 30BaD) my little job. It's my job to update them & stay connected with everyone in a positive way. I love to do this. It brings me joy.
Aimee, I can see there has been much happening. I LOVE your new 21 day program. Looks great and it inspires me to do the same. Many good things happening in my life lately but also have been out of my "comfort zone" and routine is all upside down! (if there ever was one...).

Fun: An unexpected visit of an old friend, in fact one of my very best friends who feels like family :) We don't see each other often, but when we do it's always very nice and energizing. She's like a soul sister :)
Aimée i think you inspired me, because without planning this: lately I'm doing all the things I love and write them down in a little agenda. Like in highschool where you have a daily/weekly program, I hope to make a schedule which helps me to keep doing them all. Since my relapse is over I'm getting more energy and can direct it better. Sooo many things to do ;) For now, I write them down after I did them, out of that there might develop a doable schedule by itself, which I can keep. Thank you! :)
