During the winter months in New York City I let my running routine go. I completely stopped running. I was only practicing yoga and jumping on my rebounder. Then, just when the weather got better in late February, I started having back trouble. In March my back got worse and I stopped working out completely. So here I am in late April, not exercising at all! I'm using this 30BaD post for support and inspiration to get outside and exercise daily. I will log my training as I go. It's mostly yoga, running, dancing, jumping, strength-training and powerwalking when things are in full swing. I invite you to use this post as your daily log too. Your energy would be of great help to me and to the rest of the 30BaD members. -Let's sweat! ;D)
Today I ran in the park. I was so happy to be there. Sun was out, wind was blowing, it felt great. Of course I am not as fast, and I can't run as far or as long, but just to be back felt fantastic. To be doing the best I can for today, even if it's just a little. :)
Maybe total time for walking and a little running was 75 minutes.

If there is a flood, caused by rainfall, we can be faced with various problems. Removing the cyclical processes of evaporation and precipitation is never the solution to any of them.
True, the laws of nature are difficult to undo, but the flood i...
It does make you feel like crap and feel the need to drink more water and feel more lazy.
I'll just have to view it as a poison on the same level as alcohol. I wouldn't dip my sushi in whiskey. Thanks.
I hope I'm not overeating because I look forw...
Hmmm, I agree to some extent. But I think this is too bold of a statement. There are situations where a certain amount of knowledge is helpful, such as changing a tire (but even then there can be an excessive amount- you don't need to know the che...
Oh yeh! Salt is huge my friend, I can put on 5-8kg in a week by including salt in my food just one day of the week...Salt isn't part of the 811 or 955 diet. Won't help you get lean that's for sure!
