I have seen there a lot of commercial varieties of soy yogurt with fruit inside. But what about making my own with fresh berries and plain soy yogurt? How well do they mix together? And if not, why? Does the fruit ferment in my stomach? Does it affect the absorption of nutrients?
I have ate this way many times...but I didn't find any physical discomfort. But this doesn't mean it is all good. I have googled it but no luck.
