30 Bananas a Day!

Hey 30B Community!  This is my First day and my First post!

I´m starting my journey on LFRV Diet. I´m half-way finishing the 80-10-10 diet Book.

Today, I signed up at www.cronometer.com

And I´ve eaten (So Far) the following:

8 Bananas

2kg  Watermelon

2 Tangerines

2 Apples

5 Glasses of Water

Viewing my Cronometer.com calorie-intakes  (which is currently 1750kcal a day)

I noticed what I was missing:

I now know I should get my Vitamin b12 from supplements (which Im planning to buy tomorrow)

Vitamin D   is from the Sun

BUT    (and here´s the question)

WHAT ABOUT OUR SODIUM INTAKE?

I found our ideal dosis should be between

1500-2300mg

but now since I´m not eating any cooked food or salt I don´t know from where should I get it....

Suggestions please?
Greetings from Perú
:)

Cant believe you didnt get any answers for this! :(

Me neither! Eat a full stalk of celery every day or other day & you should be meeting your requirements. Also, coconut water is very high in sodium, but you want to get it as fresh as possible.
& I wouldn't jump the gun on supplementing B12.. I just had my bloodwork done and my levels have been at a steady 450, nothing to worry about & I don't take ANY supplements. I wish people would actually get themselves checked out before making the assumption they NEED to supp b12, which can actually lead to a dependency of taking pills or injections.
