Hello fellow fruit munchers!
So I am munching away on a bowl of 10 peaches, doing some homework. Got to the fourth one and I feel full already!!! I know that it is only the water content, but I don't know if I can fit another one in me! Any suggestions? Should I wait for a few minutes then keep going? Or try to stretch my tummy? Thoughts?
Slowly but surely keep pushing it to stretch your stomach to the point you can stomach a healthy amount of fruit to satiate yourself. Not enough to hurt yourself or make yourself sick, but just enough to push the limits a little bit. Just like weightlifting or running, you don't improve unless you lift a little heavier or run a little farther/harder!
If you keep this up consistently most people should find that they can stomach a healthy amount of fruit withint a few days to a week or so.

If I were you I would just wait half an hour and then keep eating, you will probably be hungry again soon anyways since there aren't a lot of calories in only a few peaches. It's okay to push yourself a little bit but it's pretty unpleasant eat till you feel sick.... so if I were you would just wait a little while and then keep eating, until you can work up to eating more volume!
And also sometimes it's easier to drink stuff, you could blend the rest of them into a smoothie and that might help! It works for me!
some fruits for me are easier to eat then others . peaches and apples and pears seems only a few till I m full . banana and dates and mango much easier to eat the calorie requirements . maybe tropical fruits easier ?
So many great ideas! Yeah, today I have been sticking to Datorade....is it possible to drink too much of the stuff? Because it is insanely delicious...especially with a little cinnamon! I think I need to stick with that and banana smoothies, also those peaches werent the ripest. So far been much better getting the calories in. Thank you for the replies!!!
