Hey everyone,
So the other night (Monday) i fell off the lifestyle for a meal. we've been LFHCRV for 42 days before that.
My partner and i ate some Indian food from a local restaurant, the food was sub-par and i regretted it immediately afterwards as my insides turned around like a hoola hoop.
I've learned from this slip up, and am recommitted to doing what i know is right for my health, and soul.
Just needed to share and be honest with our community here at 30BAD.
Peace and Love to all you wonderful folks!

I started HCRV about a month ago. I have had some slip-ups, including Indian food. It is one of my all-time favorite cuisines. The last time we ate it, it tasted super spicy to me. Almost to the point where I couldn't eat it and the meal wasn't as enjoyable as it used to be. I have noticed that the longer I am eating HCRV, the harder these slip-ups are on my body. After Indian food I feel bloated, salt-loaded, and lethargic. I just try to learn from it and get back to HCRV.

I think you'll find that the further you go on HCRV the less your body will tolerate sub-par 'foods'. Having a slip early on is a good lesson :)
