I live in Sacramento, and I was just watching this video about the SF produce market and thought it sounded like a fun daytrip for me and my family! Has anyone been and can give me some pointers? I spend every weekend at local farmer's markets but I'm getting to point where I need to save and buy in bulk. Also, if there's a comparable market closer to Sacramento, let me know.
ETA: Specifically, do I need to bring anything or say anything since I am not buying for a restaurant or store? If you can, just let me know the process of buying from a market like this so I know what to expect, as it's an hour and a half trip one way.
