30 Bananas a Day!

Hey there everyone. I have a quick question. I was wondering if anyone has any good salad dressing recipes? They're hard to find on the internet, even if  you google raw vegan salad dressing recipes they all have oil or vinegar in them. If you have some yummy tricks up your sleeve, or know of any helpful links please let me know. My salads are getting pretty boring :( Thanks everyone. I'm off to devour some mangoes!

In the book 80 10 10, the salad dressings are made by whizzing fruit with nuts or seeds.  Tonight I made strawberry with almonds.  My favorite is with tahini.

Thanks for that. I dug up my copy and found a bunch of recipes in the back :)

I've been getting into mango, tomatillo, and chive. Can sub. tomato for tomatilla.

What is chive? I LOVE mango and would love to try all varieties of mango based dressings.

I love mango (ataulfo is better in my opinion, not stringy), lemon or lime juice and cilantro. It's my go to salad dressing. I'm not a fan of tomatoes so I try to avoid ones with maters in them.

I tried your idea and you were right. The ataulfo mangos are not stringy at all and worked like a charm. Thanks!

Mango, basil, date is amazing! Great with spinach as a dressing, or as a dip for cucumber and celery.

Mango, red bell pepper and some cayenne pepper is one of my favorites

I've heard that using orange juice - fresh of course and mangos together is good.  I don't like too much sweet with my salads.  I'm just blending vegies together the way I feel like at the moment and it works swell for me and my taste buds.

BTW: Chive is garlic chives. YUMMM
