I love salads and using a tomato base to make them. Recently I have become allergic to tomatoes and a few other acidic fruits so now I am lost. Does anyone know any overt free, tomato free salad dressings?
Thank you:)

I've blended up grapes alone as a dressing.
Dates blended up with water to desired consistency poured over romaine, pink lady apples (or other tart crisp apple), and celery makes a lovely salad with or without the romaine.
Cucumber blended with zucchini and a soft herb like dill or cilantro is nice.
Experiment with red bell peppers...
Mango and celery is great..
When summer comes nectarines or cherries...you just have to experiment to see what works for you :)
