Safe to fast after Banana Island? (Try to cure Candida/Yeast)

Hello I am a 24 yr old male and I believe I either have candida or parasites or maybe even pinworms.

I have this anal itch for about a year and theres a white discoloration on my anus.

I have severe dandruff not only in my hair but in my ears and eyebrows.

I tried the "anti-candida" diet w/antifungals and it did help with the itching symptom but only to keep it at bay.

I tried banana island for now what is 12 days and symptoms got a little worst but pretty much stayed the same

I have settled on trying to fast as I have no other options now. Is it safe to fast right after banana island or should I eat something else before? Can I cheat with one meal? Lol

I've had hormonal imbalances for about 2 years now along with hairloss that have been ruining my life (Along with other "male" problems). All these problems came after I got pneumonia and received medicine. Please if anyone can hep I would greatly appreciate I am at rock bottom. 

If anyone can help whether it be a referral or advice I would greatly appreciate it.
