Hi everyone,
I've heard Harley mention something called a Garmin (sp?) -- but, if I'm looking for a beginner stopwatch to start training at an entry level and one that is relatively decently priced (since just entry level) - what would you recommend? Kind of like a starter stopwatch. :-)
Any suggestions?
Thanks

But my fave tool is the ultra low price Gymboss (less than $20). It has a basic stopwatch (stop/go), but also the ability to set two different intervals for as long as you want, as many times as you want. This allows for excellent interval training (say a Tabata protocol of 20 seconds on/10 seconds off, repeated 8X) of any form of exercise, be it sprints, calisthenics, aerobics, or even timed weight lifting.
