30 Bananas a Day!

I'm thinking of getting one.. have others found it really aids their digestion when being sure to rebound a little every day? I exercise.. but sometimes its just hiking which doesn't 'massage the organs' like I've heard a rebounder does. I've heard that nothing compares to some huffing and puffing daily when it comes to fanning the fire of digestion.

i also saw someone doing abs on the rebounder... bounding on their behind. i wanna try it...

do others agree this is a worthwhile purchase? or save my money and just be sure to bounce around on the floor....and just find a way to be creative...

thanks~

i love my rebounder too.
i invested in the Bellicon bungee cord rebounder and it's great -- it's a smooth, quiet bounce.
It's kind to my joints and my neighbors don't hear it. (no squeaking - ever)

Rebounding is the first thing i do when i get up - bounce around to get my circulation and lymph fluid moving...

Cool, I just bought one today. Not an urban rebounder but hopefully I can make it work.

I found this website for a workout to really get our heart rates up:

These links are great!

Thanks.
I don't know about aiding digestion but I've heard it's good for the lymphatic system and other stuff , so I'm glad I have a rebounder...I have this one:

Its great for bowel movement:) I always go to the toilet after several jumps;)
I love my rebounder too, it's a great ivestment. I need start using mine again, thanks for the reminder. :) Right now mine is holding laundry I don't want to put away! lol
I'm with water on this one. My favorite two purchases are my rebounder and Vitamix :)
Definitely invest in a Bellicon if you can spend the cash!
I'm like a little kid--but wow, does this sound like a fun way to exercise. :) And I am certain it would aid digestion and circulation, as well.
I have the urban rebounder and love it. I use it daily. The Bungee one sounded good too. We also have the big 14 ft outside trampoline and that is great too. I am not sure on the digestion but I really believe it must help as it is so wonderful for the lymph system. And you can do so much on a rebounder - I use 2lb weights and do jumping jacks, side leg lifts, jog, bicep curls, tricep extentions and so much more. It really energizes me alot and someone said you burn alot of calories - not sure how true that is. But yes get one. And when the weather is yucky outside you can still exercise inside always.
I just got one for $20! It counts your jumps too. Excited!
Amberly, are the cheap ones fine? Or are they too loud to use in the house (2nd floor)?
I have the needak and really like it
