Well, this has been on my mind for a long time so I'll bring it up on here.
Seems that no one(that I have heard of or no one mentions this),brings kids up on this diet???,ok theres lots of cooked food vegan kids out there but what about the LFRV kids??.Despite the fact that many people say this is humanities perfect and natural way to eat,if this is so,does anyone raise kids from the weaning stage on LFRV lifestyle???,and if not,why not,or is this diet only suitable for adults???.I dont have any kids myself so I am not faced with this choice, but I could understand the difficulties involved if you were trying to raise kids this way with social pressures, getting enough calories, variety of foods, etc, etc. Is this true or not or am I mistaken?

Permalink Reply by Heath William on January 19, 2012 at 3:20am I have 3 kids, 7,4,&3 years old. All three are basically 90/05/05 by default I guess. Needless to say we go through bananas like mad in our house, usually 15-20lbs a day between all of us. And that is just bananas, we eat lots of apples, pears, blueberries, and whatever else we can get at our local farmers market. We also do a lot of juicing, the kids love to do it and it's great family fun time. They are all lean, strong, smart, funny, motivated, energetic, loving, beautiful kids. I can't imagine them or us being any happier or healthier. They appreciate food for what it is "fuel" not just stimulation. Whats great is that they can eat as much as they want when they want, and they weren't trained by a society of fat people, they just do it naturally and they stop when they're full and they continue when their hungry. We have piles of whatever is ripe and fresh and we all just go to town
