30 Bananas a Day!

Hi guys! i'm in Japan on business right now..in Tokyo. Anyway, one of my friends on FB sent me a message to stay away from the produce (because of radiation). I wrote back that that's all I've been eating... He, as well as some others, apparently believes that produce traps radiation more than other foods. I don't really understand this rationale, but i always like to hear people's thoughts from this site. Obviously, eating 80 10 10 without produce is impossible. Let me know what u guys think!

Hmm, good question. I would stick to tropical fruits. Since Japan is a temperate climate, it can only sustain growth of stone fruits and apples/pears etc. Stick to stuff grown in Thailand/Malaysia etc. If in doubt, just keep doing what you're doing cause there's radiation in everything there at the moment unfortunately.
I'd find someone who's still selling dates & order ALOT of those.
Its in everything..we as people have to adapt.
