hello All,
so i am knew to the diet (been a vegan for 3 years but never raw) and i have a question about weight loss.... i need to loose about 25 lbs and i was wondering how much i could expect to loose in my first month?
i know there are more important things then just weight loss but in six weeks i will be belly dancing at a public event and i am very nervous :( this will be my first time dancing with my belly exposed and i dont want it to be fat and yucky.
so, if i was really good about sticking to 80 10 10 and exercising what couls i expect to loose? any guesses?

Its not about loosing weight for me but I do have a little to loose and going to hawaii with my family in 17 days...would love to look fab for the trip! I will be working out everyday until then...I want to start jogging. Ive been on HCRV for two days now. I actually woke up feeling a little lighter but not getting on the scale! Maybe I will right before the trip just to see if Ive lost any!
