Hey guys, I don't know if this is a silly question but...I've been trying to incorporate more greens into my diet lately and they've been making me feel EXTREMELY ill - like, keeps-me-up-at-night sick... I'm not sure what to do :-/
Has anyone experienced this/anyone have any insight? I almost thought I woudn't be able to eat today (honestly from stomach pains), but I'm currently eating some melon and I feel totally fine.
Permalink Reply by katya kalashnikova on April 26, 2012 at 3:55am I've been trying to keep it to mono meals (or occasionally like, some avocado thrown in)... I don't have a food processor/blender so no smoothies unless I go to a juice bar :(
Permalink Reply by Jennelle LeMoine on April 26, 2012 at 3:45am im havin a green smoothie right now- spinach banana and medjool date, it helps if it makes me feel stomach achey if u eat greens on their own because the blending "pre-digests" the fibers in greens that might make some people sensitive if their digestion isnt the best :)
Permalink Reply by katya kalashnikova on April 26, 2012 at 3:56am I'll try that out! I need to invest in a food processor and/or blender anyway
